4. Data Collection

Server log data (non-personal): When accessing this application, standard server log data is collected including IP addresses, browser and operating system information, page URLs accessed, access timestamps, data volume transferred, and request status codes.

Test data: Your candidate code, test scores, and individual test responses are stored in a secure database for the purpose of evaluating your language aptitude. This data is linked only to your candidate code, not to your personal identity.

Contact data: If you contact us via email or a contact form, we process your provided information solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

5. Cookies

This application uses only essential session cookies that are deleted when you close your browser. A minimal cookie is used to remember your cookie consent preference. No tracking or analytics cookies are used unless you explicitly accept them.

6. Data Security

We employ technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Test data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in secured infrastructure. However, complete protection against all risks cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about, correction, blocking, or deletion of your stored data at any time. You may also revoke any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact the Data Protection Officer listed above.

8. Third-Party Disclosure

Personal data is only shared with third parties when legally required or to protect against attacks on our infrastructure. Test results may be shared with your sponsoring institution (e.g., employer or recruitment agency) as part of the language aptitude assessment programme.
